For me, it started from the movie, then into history. I like to check the history of anything I get interested about.

Hey, I live in Canada, and didn't hear about the day until V for Vendetta came out; it's not an exported holiday, despite the strong message behind it. If only there were a few people with the backbone to stand up against corrupt governments nowadays.
